The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and Kaplan Higher Education Academy (Kaplan) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a 15-month programme for aspiring chartered accountants (CAs).聽聽
The signing by ISCA CEO Fann Kor and Kaplan Higher Education Academy president Susie Khoo took place at Kaplan City Campus at Wilkie Edge.聽
This collaboration aims to provide local and international students opportunities to pursue the Chartered Accountant of Singapore qualification.
The curated programme will cover the learning outcomes of the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification’s Foundation (SCAQ) Programme.聽聽
Students will undertake the SCAQ exams and fulfil the ethics and professionalism requirements.
Upon completion, participants will gain the Professional Business Accountant designation.聽

The associations claim that top performers may be considered for employment opportunities within ISCA’s network of more than 500 accredited training organisations across sectors.聽
These sectors encompass banking, finance, and accounting services.
The partnership is part of ISCA’s ongoing efforts to promote accountancy as a study choice among tertiary students and develop pathways to becoming CAs.

Since 2023, ISCA has entered MoUs with various Institutes of Higher Learning to support the development of accountancy talent.聽聽
In 2023, ISCA introduced the ISCA Global Talent Programme, to position Singapore as an accountancy hub and a location for accountancy professionals.聽
